Slice the fish filets thinly and mix with marinade for 10 minutes. Whip the eggs in a large bowl. Add the salt and water and mix well.

个人感觉:要是再加几片玉兰片(鲜笋片)什么的打个底,口感和营养成分会丰富不少吧?大家可以试试看。。
