1、分离蛋白蛋黄,取蛋黄等用;豌豆煮熟;虾仁去沙线后洗净,加几滴料酒、盐拌匀腌味;香肠、洋葱切小粒;海米用温热水泡开。HZ w%v3J ^ G`;{U

2、将蛋黄搅成蛋液,加入米饭拌匀。

太油,而且将蛋黄搅成蛋液,加入米饭拌匀,这种方法出来非常容易烧焦
