1、丝瓜去掉囊和籽,是因为丝瓜煎熟后会出水,并稀释蛋液,使蛋液不容易煎成型。0r*T4R/w1~&O8Z
2、培根有咸鲜味,下盐调味时不可太重手,否则煎蛋会过咸发苦。

3、丝瓜和洋葱尽量切成细丁,太大块的话,一会影响口感,二煎成蛋饼后很容易脱落。
