5:把沥干水分的鸭子,皮向下放进锅里中火煎着金黄;f+G9yYj|e*v)}g&S*b

6:把鸭子翻面,继续煎至金黄,把油分煎出;

7:放少量的盐、生抽、老抽、冰糖、料酒,稍为翻炒几下,倒进清水,水量要差不多没过鸭子;
