1、葱姜丝应尽量切细一些,包鸡柳时葱姜丝不可多放,否则会喧宾夺主,抢去鸡肉的味道。 }.^!~x1S/i7W8_t'|f
2、以选用玉扣纸为最佳,厨房纸次之,前者经油炸后,纸质较硬身,后者炸后会变软,和鸡肉粘连,比较难撕开。
