大酱汤
做法其实很简单,主要是需要洋葱,大葱这些味重的调味,还有就是韩国大酱和辣酱 q#F]Z$]L`
主要材料:牛肉,洋葱,大葱,小辣椒(青的红的都可以),香菇,西葫芦,土豆,豆腐,(配菜还可以放些豆芽之类的), _ k^j W*wS(Q
做法:

将牛肉切片,放盐,料酒,小许酱油腌制

开火,放油(一般韩国人做这个放的是香油),我觉得浪费,放了小许香油和普通色拉油,把大葱,洋葱,姜丝,小辣椒放入炒香,倒入牛肉翻炒_+x1eM,Ak']s

待牛肉变色后放入香菇稍微炒下,加水(据说放淘米水做出的汤会更好喝,以前用过几次味道稍微浓一点,今天做饭的时候淘米水忘记留了):_[t gU4ARe.o

待水煮开后,捞去泡沫,放入配菜,土豆,西葫芦,开始调汤,加辣酱一大勺,大酱我放了三大勺,我做的汤多!`[:|-n{pX0Wgh
