燕麦坚果小饼

麦片一杯、面粉满两杯、糖一杯(不太满,也可半杯红糖半杯白糖,如果全部用红糖要加量,红糖甜度低些)、黄油100克,核桃大半杯、全蛋两个,泡打粉一小匙,如果用无盐的黄油还要加一匙细盐,(盐只是提味,吃不出咸味的)我用的是有盐的黄油。-`g

照片上泡打粉忘记拍了,分量是未量前的。

1.黄油放在室温下软化,加糖打发(我把糖分三次加的)至柔软,糖基本融化;8D2YY{6]f
2.加入鸡蛋,再搅打至均匀,然后筛入面粉和泡打粉,又搅均匀;)Y.g m1N3Zv]
3.把核桃切碎(我用的就是碎核桃又切了一下,整个的核桃都做琥珀桃仁了,感觉切太碎了,还是稍大点的颗粒好)和燕麦、葡萄干一起加入搅拌均匀;e'E

4.用小圆勺挖出相等分量的面团放在垫了锡纸的烤盘里,用勺背压成扁饼并尽量压薄点圆点,这样不用手油乎乎再洗了,呵呵;j/Mbg o|~1gG
5.最后入烤箱180度,25分钟,时间到后还在烤箱里呆了一会,拿出来放在烤架上晾凉。

香气浓郁,我喜欢黄油烤过的味道,以前都是买的牧童或安佳的,这次用的光明的,之前还担心不好,后来发现也还不错呀,便宜一半价Ma(Bk!TE[
