虾仁蛋黄滑豆腐
材料:鲜虾半斤,蛋黄2个,豆腐1块dg(] g5V

1、鲜虾剥壳去肠成虾仁,蛋黄蒸熟压碎,豆腐切成小方块U r\)u^
2、热油先炒香蛋黄,加水煮开z8dND2``
3、依次放豆腐,虾仁进去煮几分钟,放盐,少量糖调味即可。
