配料:番茄酱、白糖、白醋和青瓜皮

做法:将鱼肉去皮起片,用姜葱盐蒜油腌一会;去掉姜葱挂上生粉浆,下油锅炸至金黄色捞起待用;用青瓜皮划几个叶片作花鱼的叶子,摆上炸好的鱼片作花鱼的花;在锅里用茄汁、白糖和白醋勾个芡淋在花鱼上即可。,B({FT9o8u ^%v5rx _
