把排骨到进去,大火烧开,剩下的洋葱撒在面上,提前泡过的米铺上层摊平,检查水的量是不是合适,应该刚好浸润到米粒。转微小火慢慢闷。闷20分钟开始检查米粒的硬度,如果嫌硬了,可以用手掸些水在表面继续闷,直到米粒成熟到你或者家人觉得合适的时候…
