【原创】街头小吃 - 盐酥鸡[21P+4P验证]
[size=4]这次介绍给大家一款街头美食 - 盐酥鸡是常见的台湾小吃之一,主要成分是鸡肉,1979年发明于台南市。由于气味浓郁、口感酥脆,因此不仅使许多饕客趋之若鹜,也成了老少皆宜的一款街头小吃!今年气候反常,特别冷,于是复活节长周末就窝在家里看电影,吃腻了薯片花生,想想还是做点盐酥鸡,既换换口味,又不用做饭了,O(∩_∩)O哈哈~

材料:鸡胸脯(Thigh)2块(差不多600g),鸡蛋1个,糖1大勺,酒2大勺,胡椒粉2大勺,五香粉1/2小勺,肉桂粉2小勺,生抽2大勺,盐3小勺,咖喱粉1/2小勺,淀粉一碗,。盐,味精,鸡精,生抽适量e,N~;lTj1vK/O
