避风塘炒蟹很野味,可是我还是喜欢吃清淡的蟹,清蒸就很不错,也不爱蘸醋吃,口味是否很奇怪啊?

哎,这种做法江浙一带最流行!口味偏淡,而且蟹腥味比较大,可能楼主习惯了吧,不过,倒是适合懒人操作此菜,不过,既然是懒人,干脆蒸来沾醋吃,岂不省事
