清炖竹芋狮子头
竹芋是清热降火的,用来煲骨头汤,味道清甜;用来蒸肉饼,吃起来爽口清甜;同样做狮子头,味道和口感都很好。

材料:猪肉、竹芋 -MQA!c1q;F)Z

调味料:姜葱水、白胡椒粉、酱油、盐

做法:三肥七瘦的猪肉,用切片刀切成细粒;加姜葱水按顺方向吃水;再加入其它调味料搅匀上劲;最后加入洗后去皮切粒的竹芋拌匀;作成大小相同的大丸子,用熬好的猪骨汤微火慢炖半小时即可。 7HJEdWg&O#L
